If you make a purchase from our online store your name, address, email and phone number (if provided) are held securely within our website as a record of the sale. If it is a case of your order having to be sent via courier, we may have to provide them with your name, address, email and possibly phone number.
Occasionally we may have to contact you about your order via the phone number you provide. In which case this information may get stored in our work phone solely for this purpose. Mailing list
You have the option to sign-up to our mailing list on our home page or at the checkout. We use our mailing list to share news about upcoming product launches, special offers, other events and news related to The Village Pottery. By signing up to our mailing list, your name and email address will be securely held by our mailing list provider, Squarespace. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list in the future (after having signed up), you are welcome to do so at anytime and all data on you will be removed.
We will not use the data you give us to subscribe to the monthly newsletter in any other way. It will not be saved on any other system aside from the Mailchimp list you signed up for, and we will not transfer it to any other lists unless you allow us to do so.
We will not give anybody access to your information or share it with any third parties (other than as stated above) and access to your information is limited and restricted by passwords.
This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of our site. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from our site (whether we provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and we advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.
